Welcome to Strength Based Digital Connections, LLC

We are an Indian-owned company bringing technology to Indian country

The real power of technological innovation has always come from LINKING (think railroads, highways, telephone or electrical grids).

Now the SBDC group is bringing this linking of information and services for multiple helping organizations across a community, to the digital world.

The Problem?

Everyone wants information from partnering agencies, but seldom does an agency want to share their own information; the result is isolated silos of information and services.  Services are either duplicated or missing altogether.  Helping professions seem to feel no responsibility to act as one. We value knowledge as belonging to the collective good versus proprietary pieces of data to be coveted. We value helping in a collective way.

What We Offer?

Agencies who seldom share information or service information will be brought together via “never-before” innovation.  The SBDC group offers a true chance to share critical information that more effectively links the person to health-enhancing services.

The Virtual File© - The “Change that Changes Everything!”

We also offer the ability to connect all helping agencies via the use of one “virtual” file. Not multiple agencies keeping track of multiple files on the same client.

One file, shared by all agencies.

We seek multiple inputs of information to ensure effective decision making. We need to move away from opinion-based decision making to decision-making that is grounded in evidence. We can better answer the question: What will work best for this client?

If we fail to step back and imagine how our helping professions can be fundamentally transformed – we’re doomed to shoehorn traditional technologies into this new and emerging digital medium.

Sitting Bull (c. 1831 - 1890), Hunkpapa Sioux

The warrior, for us, is one who sacrifices himself for the good of others. His task is to take care of the elderly, the defenseless, those who cannot provide for themselves, and above all, the children, the future of humanity.
